Notice: Linkware sets released
prior to January 2008 may state that commercial or
professional users or web designers must purchase a
user license. That is no longer the case (yea!). However,
there are a few sets that commercial or
professional users may not use at all and
it is noted with the set. If
any qualified user wishes to buy a non-exclusive license to remove a
set from further circulation or an exclusive set, see pricing info below
and go to my page at Kagi from the link
on the set's page.

most cases, the source of the image is on
the download page or on the wallpaper itself.
Some images from outside sources are free
of charge. Any images from NASA or its associates are
usually free of charge as they are a government
entity.

tile. That is the condition of making the
linkware free of charge. Licenses do not transfer
copyrights to you. All copyrights of my graphics remain with me or with any
artist whose works are used. Read my Terms

| **Linkware sets that are purchased will be made
unavailable for downloading to others once confirmation of payment is
received by me from my payment processor. Please note, the terms "exclusive" and
"exclusive use" do not apply,
because someone else may be using the same linkware set. All set
purchasers must display my link button or a text link on all pages where any of the graphics
are used, unless you buy the non-linking license. Purchasing use of a set does not transfer copyrights to you. All
copyrights of my graphics remain with me or with any artist whose works are
used.
Licenses for sets are refundable. However,
any refund puts the set back on the download
pages again. User licenses are good for the life of
the website and are not transferable to another website,
another person or entity, and/ or URL or domain.

font is used with these. The sample graphics simply show a suggested font to use

also use the set graphics with any URL or domain you choose as long as the Terms of Use are
followed, which means certain web sites are disallowed with regard to the use
of the graphics. I reserve the right to change the
